1. Experience – Agents must have industry experience or TAP training. 2. Travel Experience – Agents must have completed five Disney trips in the past five years (or equivalent travel in the area they intend to specialize). 3. Availability – Agents must be accessible and responsive to clients. 4. Online Presence – Agents must be willing to be active on social media (Facebook, Twitter, blog, message board) in a family-appropriate, positive manner. 5. Personality – Agents must be customer service-focused, well-spoken, well-written, and enthusiastic. 6. Continuing Education – Once agents are hired, they must be willing to complete Disney training and plan to continue to travel to a Disney destination (or equivalent) annually.
