Mark your calendars! The Disney Destiny will sail its maiden voyage on November 20, 2025, from Port Everglades! This special 4-night sailing will include stops at both Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point! Bookings for the Disney Destiny begin on:

- Monday, September 9, 2024 – Platinum Castaway Club Members

Guess who’s coming to the Disney Destiny? Hercules! Our favorite Greek gladiator will take center stage in a brand new, Broadway-style show, “Disney Hercules!” Other experiences you won’t want to miss on the Disney Destiny:
- De Vil’s adult-exclusive piano lounge, based on “101 Dalmations,” famous villain!
- Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, a first-of-its-kind dining experience celebrating the amazing music from “The Lion King!”
- The Sanctum – Disney Cruise Line’s first lounge inspired by the powerful sorcerers and mystical artifacts of Marvel Studios’ “Doctor Strange!”
- Guest favorites like Hero Zone, Worlds of Marvel, Palo Steakhouse, Wonderland, Never Land Cinemas, and more!
We learned at D23 that Disney Cruise Line will be launching four new ships between 2027 and 2031!
There are some big changes planned for Magic Kingdom! “Cars,” Lightning McQueen, Mater, and friends will soon find themselves in a reimagined section of Frontierland. And just around the bend, Guests will find an all-new land dedicated to Disney villains!
Walt Disney World will be celebrating Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month from September 15 – October 15, 2024! Special treats across all four parks, Artist Spotlights highlighting work created by Hispanic or Latin American artists at EPCOT, the opportunity to meet Pixar animator Ana Ramirez at The Animation Experience at Conservation Station at Animal Kingdom, and a new mural featuring beautiful motifs live-painted by Nicole Salgar, a Miami-based artist that depicts her Latin roots in all her work, at Disney Springs!
The Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is projected to open on December 17, 2024! Guests staying at the Island Tower addition will enjoy exclusive access to four tropical terrace gardens, and younger guests can enjoy Moana’s Voyage, a new splash area that features life-size sculptures of Moana and her iconic canoe. Plus, Guests can savor the flavors of the South Pacific Islands at the Wailulu Bar & Grill, which will feature indoor and outdoor seating areas and a bar space overlooking Cinderella’s Castle at Magic Kingdom Park!
