It’s official, Star Wars fans! Themed Star Wars lands are coming to both coasts! Both parks will add 14 acres! As a point of reference, the new Fantasyland expansion recently completed at Magic Kingdom added 11 acres to Fantasyland (taking it from 10 to 21 acres).
Disney has just made the live announcement at D23 in Anaheim, California.
There will be Millennium Falcon-themed ride where guests can fly the Millennium Falcon and a second ride with a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance.
We can only imagine there will also be restaurants, cool shopping, and lots of street entertainment!
